Global leadership summits—Destination X

The Battle of Vimy Ridge is a massive source of Canadian Pride—the moment where their military contributions turned the tide of World War 1 in favor of the allies. For the 100 year anniversary, our team was responsible for the branding, marketing, and on-site activations for a celebration on the site of the battle. We launched a national ad campaign and developed pre-travel engagement materials, but the bear of the effort was developing on-the-ground experiences that immersed 5000+ students in history. We built a life-sized WW1 trench, a walk-through museum exhibit, interactive puzzles and art pieces, as well as a complete run of show.

I was a Creative Director overseeing the design team for this project.

Global leadership summits—Launch branding

Before establishing a repeatable summit brand—Destination X—we launched the concept of Global Leadership Summits with bespoke branding, artwork, and activations for each event. This included custom photo shoots, installation builds, marketing materials, and merchandise.

I was a both a contributing designer and photographer, Creative Director overseeing the creative teams for this project, as well as the photographer for the events themselves.

D-Day 75 Event and AR

For the 75th anniversary of D-Day, we not only designed all branding and event activations, we also built AR experiences to be housed at the Utah Beach Museum in Normandy France. Featuring a surviving soldier from the battle, it told stories of his experience during war and life afterwards.
